Subdivisions: Delcardo Village PUD
Delcardo Village is a seven-acre gated community in Coeur d'Alene consisting of 42 dwelling units and community open spaces. VHCD managed all phases of subdivision design and development. Early coordination with the City’s engineering and fire departments enabled us to produce a PUD design which received unanimous approval from both Planning and Zoning and City Co

The Mill Apartments
The Mill was constructed in Couer d'Alene with restaurant and retail tenants on the main floor and three stories of apartments above. VHCD designed the parking area, utility extensions, stormwater facilities and public road frontage imporvements.

Steep slopes and an ambitious homeowner plan made this small parcel, located on Hayden Lake, one of the most challenging stormwater designs undertaken by VHCD to date.
